L' arrêt de bus Hippodrome est à 200m. Le C20 et le 26 desservent cet arrêt. le tram 2 est à 2 minutes en bus ou 8 minutes à pied. Le centre ville est direct en 15 minutes.
A pieds vous pourrez rejoindre les universités , Audencia ou bien encore profiter des bords de l 'Erdre. Toutes les commodités se trouvent également aux alentours : boulangerie , super U, Lidl, coiffeurs, médecins etc..
