Nous avons une maison à Lille qui se trouve à environ 10 minutes à pied de la Gare Lille Flandres. Il y a un studio à l'étage. La chambre est grande et bien équipée pour les étudiants avec un lit double, une armoire, une table, une chaise pivotante et une salle de bains avec douche et un WC. Il y aussi un coin cuisine et un micro-onde.
Le logement est bien entretenu et l'ambiance du quartier est excellente. Il y a également une machine à laver à l'extérieur.

Les charges comprennent, l'électricité, l'eau, l'internet. Il n'y aura aucune autre charge supplémentaire.
APL admissible.
