Bonjour à toutes et tous, je vous propose un studio de 23m² entièrement refait à neuf avec sa cuisine équipée et sa salle de bain/wc indépendante (+ machine à laver le linge et sèche-linge). L'entrée se fait directement par le jardin de la maison familiale. Dès qu'il fait beau table et chaises de jardin devant pour en profiter. Parking gratuit possible juste devant dans la rue. Le Transilien L à la Gare de Marly-le-Roi est à 12 mn à pied et il y a des bus proches pour le RER A à St Germain-en-Laye. Commerces à proximité. Et la forêt aussi :)

Most recent bill (electricity, telephone, etc…). Make sure the bill isn’t dated more than 3 months ago.
