Bel appartement ancien de 53 m² simple et confortable avec grande entrée, 2 grandes chambres , belle cuisine indépendante entièrement équipée , Salle d'eau avec WC et bidet, machine à laver.
Cet appartement est strictement non fumeur (pas de balcon)
Fenêtres double vitrage, vue sur immeubles, cour et jardins . Possibilité de se garer dans la rue (gratuit) mais difficile. Un grand parking (3,5 x 6,5 m) couvert peut être loué en option (demander). Caution demandée. La caution pour la perte de clé est de 220€/set. Le prix indiqué est pour une colocation à 3 personnes, le prix est ajustable pour 2 personnes ou pour une seule personne.

The flat is located on the second level of this very nice building and is very light. It has double glazed windows and the door is fitted with a “Fichet” security key system. It has 2 big bedrooms with big confy beds,big wardrobes and living corner. Full equiped independant kitchen with everything you need to feel like at home . Bathroom with WC and bidet.
TV, small library, High speed internet wifi, Hifi, washing machine . Strictly NO SMOKING (no balcony)!!
A private covered parking place can be rented in front of the apartment (3,50X6,50m). If needed, please ask for the price.
Parking in the street is difficult but free, public parking place at 7 min walk. A caution is asked . The caution for the loss of the keys Fichet is 220 euros / set. The given price is for a colocation of 3 presons max. Adjustment can be made in case of a 1 or 2 personS rental. Please ask
