L’appartement de 85m² est au 1er étage (le Rez de chaussée ne comporte que l’escalier d’accès à l’appartement).
Les chambres sont équipées d’un grand plan de travail avec placards et tiroirs intégrés, réfrigérateur, bouilloire et micro ondes.
La cuisine commune est entièrement équipée (plaque de cuisson, réfrigérateur, machine à laver, micro ondes, bouilloire). Chaque colocataire dispose d’un double placard contenant sa vaisselle. Elle est ouverte sur le séjour (avec canapé et télévision) / salle à manger). L’espace commun est climatisé. Dans la grande salle d’eau chacun dispose de 2 rangements pour ses propres affaires.
Un parking en dépose minute devant l’appartement est à la disposition des colocataires. Le stationnement est facile et gratuit dans la rue.
À quelques minutes à pied, vous trouverez , - la gare de Osny (ligne J) qui mène à Paris st Lazare ou Pontoise (RER C)… - le RER A - des bus - des commerces - L’agreable parc Grouchy - les écoles et universités de Cergy
