Les locataires disposeront également: *d'une cuisine équipée ainsi que d'un salon agréable, la pièce de vie fait 24m². *d'une salle de bain avec WC suspendu et grande douche. Enfin la salle de bain disposera d'une machine à laver et d'un sèche linge. *un WC (second WC) séparé situé sur le palier de l’appartement.
L'appartement est e actuellement occupé par deux étudiants.
La totalité du mobilier est neuf (été 2024)
Le loyer est variable en fonction de la taille de la chambre. Le dépôt de garantie représente deux mois de loyers hors charges.
L’immeuble se compose également d’une petite cour permettant de faire sécher son linge.
Les charges sont au forfait (pas de régularisation annuelle / pas de surprise), elles comprennent l'eau, l'électricité, le chauffage, les charges de copropriété et internet.
A noter 150 € de frais de dossier (visite, état des lieux d'entrée et sortie, rédaction du bail).
