Dans une rue calme entre la place de la Victoire et la place Nansouty, une maison de plus de 150 m² totalement dédiée à la colocation et non fumeur.

Proche de l'arret de tramB (Bergonié) qui dessert le centre de Bordeaux et la Fac de Pessac.

Constituée de 4 chambres doubles (mais les couples ne sont pas admis),de 2 salles de bains, 2 wc, 1,5 cuisines, une terrasse sur le toit meublée de 30 m² et d'un salon, elle accueille des étudiants pour l'année scolaire.

Une des 4 chambres est composée d'un coin bureau et salon et accompagnée d'un coin cuisine privative (frigo et gazinière), mais vous aurez aussi accès à la cuisine commune pour partager de bons repas avec les autres colocataires

Chaque chambre possède un double lit, une commode, un bureau, des luminaires et une penderie dans le couloir.
Les provisions sur charges par chambre comprennent (électricité, chauffage, eau, ordures ménagères, wifi )
