I'm Sandra, I always lived in colocation, and now I'm owner of the flat, I'm happy to continu to share with people.
There is one room available in our apartment, large and comfortable!
We are currently 4 : Me and my friend (Baptiste), Laura (french student) and Nanda (Indian student - living with us for some months).
Foreign student welcome!

Our apartment is large and confortable, in a small building and consist of a large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, a terrace under development.
Are available at the location 1 comfortable and furnished room available, with their bathroom and adjoining wc.

The apartment is located near the Val d'Argenteuil train station (13 min from Paris Saint-Lazare and 20 min from Pontoise station), and all amenities (supermarket, grocery, pharmacy, tobacco, food shops ...).
This apartment with the ideal configuration for a roommate, allowing to live together, respecting the need for space and privacy of each.

We are looking for quiet, serious and clean roommates only :)
We have a cat, notice to allergy sufferers!

The price includes all charges (water, electricity, internet, housing tax), ... no bad surprises!

Je suis Sandra, la propriétaire de l'appartement. J'ai toujours vécu en colocation et je propose à mon tour de partager notre appartement avec des actifs et des étudiants.
Nous sommes actuellement 4 (2 actifs et 2 étudiants) et avons une chambre qui se libère pour le premier septembre.

L'appartement est très grand et confortable. Il est situé dans une petite copropriété et se compose d'un grand salon avec cheminée, d'une cuisine toute équipée, d'un balcon, d'une terrasse en cours d'aménagement.
Il y a 1 chambre de disponible à la location confortable et meublée, avec salle de bains et wc attenant (non privatif).


L'appartement se situe à proximité de la gare du Val d'Argenteuil (13 min de Saint-Lazare et 20 min de la gare de Pontoise ), et de toutes les commodités (grande surface, épicerie, pharmacie, tabac, commerces de bouche...).
Cet appartement a la configuration idéale pour une colocation, permettant le vivre ensemble, en respectant le besoin d'espace et d'intimité de chacun.

Nous recherchons un ou une colocataire calme, sérieu.se et propre :)
Petite info importante : nous avons un chat, avis aux allergiques!
