c'est une Grande maison dans un quartier sympa à proximité du centre ville (à pieds) , des centres commerciaux CARREFOUR et GEANT, l’IUT ,la FAC, l'hôpital, les écoles , la piscine , la base de loisirs de Creach Gwen , l'arrêt de bus (ligne B et C ).....

La maison a été rénové ENTIERREMENT en 2023.

Dans les parties communes :
- Une cuisine totalement équipée (2 grands frigos, four chaleur tournante, 2 micro onde, ....) avec beaucoup de rangements ( 1 placard par colocataire), ouverte sur une belle pièce de vie.
- Un salon-séjour chaleureux avec sa TV murale connectée, sa table 8 personnes.
- Un espace coworking donnant sur le jardin
- une buanderie avec les frigos, le lave linge 10kg, le sèche linge 8kg
- Stationnement dans la rue, quartier résidentiel.
- stationnement vélo, moto, planches à voiles, ....dans le sous sol (30m²environ)
- jardin et terrasse en cours d'aménagement

Pour chaque chambres, 1 portes a serrure 3 points phonique, un lit, un bureau
