Il dessert une salle d’eau, une grande chambre, une deuxième chambre plus petite pouvant aussi servir de bureau.

Les chambres sont équipées de lits doubles neufs, 160x200 pour la grande chambre et 140x190 pour la petite chambre.
Les tables de chevets et les lampes de chevet sont fournies.

La salle d'eau avec son puit de lumière dispose d’une grande douche à l'italienne (150*90), d'un lavabo, d'un sèche-serviettes et de placards intégrés.

Pour le chauffage, les radiateurs sont des radiateurs électriques haut de gamme Thermor à bain d’huile produisant une chaleur douce et durable.

Deux jeux de clefs ainsi que deux badges sont fournis. 40 euros seront demandés en cas de perte.

Les dépenses d’internet / téléphone, d’eau et d'électricité sont à la charge du locataire qui devra créer les contrats à son nom.
