Appartement climatisé refait à neuf esprit loft il y a 3 ans, au 5e étage avec ascenseur, entièrement meublé. Il possède une belle hauteur sous plafond, une cuisine toute équipée ouverte sur une grande pièce de vie, une chambre de 14m² avec grand dressing, et une autre piece (environ 9m²) pouvant servir de chambre de bébé/enfant ou de bureau (nous avons récemment fait des travaux pour fermer cette pièce (actuellement il s’agit de notre bureau / salle à manger), photos sur demande, possibilité de la meubler en conséquences), un grand placard à l’entrée, une salle de bain avec baignoire et des wc séparés.
Les grandes baies vitrées du séjour et de la cuisine apporte une belle luminosité et s’ouvrent sur un grand balcon qui fait la longueur de l’appartement avec une jolie vue sur la chaîne de montagne Belledone.

Quartier calme et agréable, à 50m de la place gustave rivet, à 10 min à pied de la place Victor Hugo et du parc Paul Mistral. Places de parking accessible dans la rue (possibilité de faire une demande de ticket résident à 12€/mois).

Chauffage compris dans les charges.
Contrats eau et électricité à souscrire par le locataire (environ 130€ pour les deux).
