Chambre meublée et salle de bain privative tout compris refait à neuf. Bonne isolation phonique et thermique. Grande cuisine commune très bien équipée (four, micro-onde, plaques induction, lave-vaisselle, nombreux placards, vaisselle, cafetière, bouilloire etc…) à partager avec 6 locataires. Lingerie 2 machines à laver et 2 sèches linge.
Il n’y a pas de salon pour éviter les soirées bruyantes. Chaque chambre a une table basse et un pouf et peut servir de lieu de retrouvailles. La cuisine est spacieuse.
265 rue nationale Lille, 9 min du métro Gambetta, 7 min du métro Cormontaigne, 6 min de la Catho, 10 min de l’IESEG, 5 min du lycée Saint Paul Colbert, 5 min d’HEI. Proche des commerces.
Tout est meublé, Excellente literie, rideaux, bureau, penderie, rangements, bibliothèque. Loyer tout compris : eaux, électricité, chauffage, ordures ménagères, fibre orange, ménage des parties communes. Pas de surprise.
