Completely renovated apartment , with 3 bedrooms.
Located on the 3rd floor of an old building located between Place St Bruno and the Europole district.
The apartment is a stone's throw from the station and the tramway, it benefits from all the necessary facilities (internet, equipped kitchen).
Possibility of privatizing one of the two bathrooms.

Shared accommodation with my 13 year old son and myself.
Foreign students are welcome. ;-)

Situé au 3eme étage d’un immeuble ancien situé entre la place St Bruno et le quartier Europole.
L’appartement est deux pas de la gare et du tramway, il bénéficie de tous les équipements nécessaires (internet, cuisine équipée).
Possibilité de privatiser une des deux salle de bain.

Collocation avec mon fils de 13 ans et moi-même.
Étudiants étrangers vous êtes les bienvenus.
