Très calme. Occupants sympathiques.
Très bien meublé et équipé. Il suffit de poser ses valises et de remplir le réfrigérateur-congélateur.
L'immeuble est situé dans une rue calme et sans café ou restaurant bruyant la nuit.

5ème étage avec ascenseur (dernier étage de l'immeuble). Vue sur les toits de Paris (Louvre et église Saint Germain).
Orientation nord-sud. Ensoleillé et très lumineux toute la journée. Deux fenêtres et un vasistas.

Composition : 1 entrée avec placard et étagères murales + 1 cuisine aménagée et équipée + 1 salon ouvert avec canapé convertible et placard + 1 chambre avec cheminée (pas de feu possible) et penderie + 1 salle de bains avec baignoire, WC et radiateur.

Équipement (non exhaustif) : Imprimante scanneur Canon, télévision, ventilateur brumisateur et de table, bureau informatique, lit en 160cm, canapé convertible, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes combiné (fait la cuisson), réfrigérateur-congélateur, table de cuisson, fenêtres double vitrage, etc.

Proche de la gare Montparnasse par bus ou métro et de la gare d'Austerlitz en métro ou RER.

Tous les commerces sont ouverts le dimanche et pour les supermarchés tard la nuit en semaine (ex. 23h).
