Je loue une chambre pour étudiant(e) non fumeur impérativement. La chambre est située dans mon appartement en centre ville de Saint Etienne (proche tram, grande poste, toutes commodités à proximité), dans rue calme.

L'étudiant aura accès à la cuisine refaite à neuf, au salon et à la salle de bain

Par ailleurs, je précise que j'ai un chat, au cas où vous êtes allergique aux poils de chat.
à partir de septembre, il sera prévu la WIFI et un service d'une femme de ménage une fois par quinzaine
