The rent available only for one month in July. The apartment located in the antiques shopping district between the Port of Nice and animated Garibaldi square, Old city of Nice/many restaurants. Beaches at 10 mn walking distance, Promenade des Anglais.
Frequent buses to Monaco, St Jean Cap Ferrat, Menton and the Airport at 2mn walk, tramway station. Very sunny, 4th floor with lift.
