Environnement très calme et agréable , quartier Lorient à deux pas du mail et de la vilaine , chemin de halage ,jogging ;services et commerces à proximité , ligne de bus à moins de 100 mètres (7 minutes de République , plein centre ); à moins de 5 min. à pied Agrocampus , à 15min. à pieds Université Rennes 2 et 10 minutes fac Médecine et CHU ,à 15 minutes de ESC SCHOOL.
