L'appartement se trouve juste à côté de la gare RER Noisy Champs (accès 15mn de Nation/Gare de Lyon) et de l’université Paris Est Marne à la vallée (site de campus Cité Descartes), de nombreux commerces également à proximité.

La chambre est la plus grande, meublée avec un lit double et une grande porte fenêtre donnant sur le balcon traversant.
Vous aurez également accès à un parking privatif avec barrière et possibilité de se garer en bas de la résidence

Les pièces communes de l’appartement comprennent :

- Une cuisine neuve et tout équipée avec le nécessaire de vaisselle, des plaques de cuisson à induction, un four, un micro-ondes, une hotte, un lave-vaisselle, un réfrigérateur avec congélateur, une machine à café, une bouilloire électrique…
