studio avec cuisine et salle de bain séparées ,en rez de jardin , meublé entièrement, toutes charges comprises ( eau froide & chaude , électricité, chauffage et Wifi internet ) Je mets à disposition deux parures de lit complètes et leurs alèses, un traversin et son alèse. Les alèses sont jetables et bien sûr changées à chaque réservation. Je mets également à disposition des serviettes de toilettes (mais pas de plage). Je laisse aussi des torchons de cuisine, tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Le jardin est équipé d'une plancha donc je laisse aussi des assiettes en carton, verres et serviettes en papier (c'est sympa aussi de ne pas faire de cuisine !) Vous aurez également à disposition un rouleau sopalin, du café, du sucre, de l'huile et du vinaigre et 6 rouleaux de papier toilette. Unique car idéalement situé à Antibes, en dehors du centre ville en évitant le bruit mais tout en restant proche des commodités.
Situé entre Juan les Pins et Villeneuve Loubet, il est placé à coté de Marineland et Antibes Land où les transports sont bien desservis (arrêt de bus en face, gare de Biot à 5 minutes ) La mer est à quelques pas.
