L’appartement que nous proposons à la location se trouve au rez de jardin de notre maison.
Il est composé d’une chambre avec un lit double, un petit salon, d’une cuisine, ceux-ci donnant sur une terrasse exposée au sud.
Ainsi que toilettes et salle de bain, avec douche à l’italienne.
Là terrasse est agréable, ensoleillée; il y a un bac à compost au fond du petit jardin.
L’appartement est meublé, comprenant le linge de lit, de maison, vaisselle...
La machine à laver est à partager avec nous, elle se trouve dans un espace buanderie commun à tous.
WIFI (fibre) inclus dans les charges.
Cave à disposition si vous avez un vélo.
Vous serez au calme, c'est un petit havre de paix.
À 7 minutes du métro Chartreux ou St Just, et plusieurs lignes de bus à 5 minutes (ligne 6, 67, 72). À 15 minutes à pieds du parc Longchamp, 15 minutes en courant (pour les sportifs 😊) du parc de la Moline, 4 arrêts de métro du Vieux Port…
