- un coin nuit avec un lit queen size (160cm),
- une salle de bain avec douche et WC,
- aspirateur, lave-linge, sèche-linge, sèche-cheveux, matériel de repassage, cintres,
- TV, satellite ou câble.

Des frais de gestion d'un montant de 260€ vous seront facturés. Ces frais comprennent l'état des lieux d'entrée et de sortie ainsi que les frais de ménage.

Situé au pied du château (3 minutes à pied), vous serez immergé dans la beauté et l'histoire de Versailles. Le studio est situé dans une rue particulièrement commerçant : restaurants, boulangeries, bars, Picard, primeur...Vous pourrez facilement rejoindre les lieux emblématiques de Versailles : le marché Notre Dame, la Place d’Armes, le domaine de Marie-Antoinette. Enfin, si vous le souhaitez, vous pourrez atteindre Paris intramuros en 15 min de transports depuis la gare de Versailles Chantiers.
