Bonjour je souhaiterais mettre une de mes chambre en location au sein de mon appartement qui se situe à Cap d'ail juste à côté de Monaco. Je possède un magnifique appartement avec un balcon donnant accès à une somptueuse vue sur la mer.
La chambre que je vais louer aura télévision, internet, bureau et grand lit deux places.
La personne qui louera la chambre pourra avoir accès au reste de l'appartement pour la cuisine et la salle de bain.
Une place de parking sera également disponible. Voilà j'espère n'avoir rien oublié.
Ah oui je possède un chaton et vit avec ma fille de 10 ans qui est très calme et respectueuse tout comme moi.
Au plaisir de vous rencontrer.
Je précise que la location de l'appartement n'est disponible que à la semaine merci.
