Une chambre se libère dans une superbe colocation de standing intégrant une démarche éco-responsable et disposant de tout le confort nécessaire (meubles et équipements de qualité), entièrement équipé et disposant également de plantes naturelles.
Ce cocon de style Haussmannien est entièrement neuf. Il est spacieux et très lumineux pour 4 colocataires.
Il est idéalement situé à Saint-Etienne au 3ème étage avec ascenseur près de la place Jacquard, les transports en commun et les commerces dont le Lidl nouvelle génération sont à côté.

L'appartement est entièrement équipé, il ne manque absolument rien : TV connectée avec NETFLIX, lave-linge, sèche-linge, fer à repasser vapeur, four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur congélateur, petit électroménager … Le ménage des parties communes est réalisé régulièrement.

Ce co-living dispose de quatre chambres spacieuses qui se ferment à clé, très lumineuses, avec un lit double de 140x200, deux tables de chevet et lampes, un bureau, une commode, un miroir et des rangements. Les lits sont faits à l’arrivée avec deux oreillers, une couette et linges de lit de qualité.
Deux salles de bains avec WC, une buanderie, un grand placard pour les valises ainsi qu’un espace de co-working complètent ce bien. Il y a des prises USB et RJ45 dans chaque chambre.

L’appartement a été entièrement agencé et décoré avec soin et chaque chambre de 16 m² a son propre style.
