Description. Particulier loue dans T4 refait au propre, 3 chambres privatives.

L'appartement traversant est au 4ème étage avec ascenseur d'une copropriété très calme et sécurisée ; Il se compose d'un séjour, avec climatisation, hall d'entrée, cuisine, 3 chambres individuelles côté cour intérieure, 2x dressings, une salle de bain (douche italienne) d'un WC et un grand balcon. L'appartement est meublé avec tout ce qu'il faut (literie neuve). La cuisine séparée, comprend plaques au gaz, vaisselle, réfrigérateur, ustensiles de cuisine et four micro-ondes.

Il est très bien situé puisqu'à quelques mètres de la station de métro Désirée Clary (ligne 1), à 5 minutes à pied des terrasses du Port. Il y a un Auchan à moins de 100m. L'immeuble dispose d'un local fermé pour les vélos.

Il y a à ce jour une chambre de disponible. Les charges (électricité, Internet, chauffage, eau et gaz) hors assurance, sont inclues. Le bail est individuel. Il y a déjà J., 28 ans qui travaille à la Croix rouge Française, et Y. 36 ans, cadre dans le secteur du nucléaire. Tous deux très sympathiques et respectueux.

Conformément à la location meublée, une caution de 800 euros et un garant seront demandés. Le bail est éligible à l'APL.
Très important : La durée du bail peut-être personnalisée.
