Bonjour,
La maison est dans le Vieux Lille à 10min à pied de la gare Lille Flandre et 5 à 8min de l’arrêt Rihour, 15 min à pie de l'université de la catho. Je cherche principalement quelqu'un de calme, de poli, de courtois et de propre. La maison dans laquelle je propose une colocation est aménagée sur 3 étages. A l’entrée de la maison, il y a une grande terrasse, à disposition. Les deux chambres disponibles sont au premier étage. Avec tous ses aménagements.wc, salle de bain sont dans le même étage à utilisation exclusive pour vous. La connexion wifi fibre fonctionne parfaitement, une grande cuisine ouverte au salon .
Charges (l'eau, le chauffage et l'électricité ainsi que les taxes des ordures ménagères wifi ). Dans la maison, habitons mon mari, moi et Chucky le chat, dans le 3ème
étage. La cuisine et la salle de vie
son partagé avec nous Donc, dans
l'idéal, je souhaiterais des
colocataires à la recherche d'un
cadre agréable, convivial, qui aime
que son indépendance soit
respectée.
