Dans un petit immeuble situé proche de l’école de Management et de la gare de Grenoble, des commerces et des moyens de transports (bus, tram, …) permettant de se déplacer rapidement.
L’appartement est indépendant et il n’a pas de voisinage direct.
Il faut compter environ 10 min pour aller au Centre-Ville.

L’appartement est pensé spécifiquement pour la colocation pour permettre à chacun de bénéficier de son propre confort et de son indépendance.

Il comprend :
- 4 chambres fonctionnelles, équipées d’un lit deux places avec chevet + lampe + armoire + bureau + chaise de bureau
- un grand séjour avec salon / cuisine toute équipée : réfrigérateur, four, lave-vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine (vaisselle, casseroles, etc) ainsi qu’une table, des chaises, un canapé, un lave-linge et sèche-linge.
- une salle de bain et une cabine de douche séparée.

Il y a un parking privé et sécurisé en lien avec l’appartement.

Électricité à se partager entre colocataire en fonction de la consommation.
