Libre immédiatement : à Colombes (Hauts de Seine 92), dans appartement en colocation mixte avec balcon indépendant.

Colocation de 4 personnes au total. Actuellement les autres colocataires sont 2 étudiantes et 1 étudiant entre 20 et 25 ans. On recherche un/e colocataire étudiant(e) ou jeune actif(ve) calme et bienveillant(e), respectueux de la vie en communauté dans une colocation.

L'appartement se trouve au 1er étage, très lumineux et calme car vue sur des pavillons en face, dans la rue de la gare Sncf "le Stade" à 5min à pied, arrivée à Paris St Lazare en 18min en train, 23min de Gennevilliers en bus, 36 min de la Défense, 39min de Nanterre Université en train
Tout compris : eau, électricité, chauffage et internet par fibre Orange. Stockage vélo dans résidence sécurisée. Cuisine équipée, 2 salles de bain et WC séparé. Gare le Stade à 2min à pied, arrivée à Paris St Lazare en 25min. Garanties : garantie visale ou garantme appréciés. Proche société Safran, Bâtiment Europe Rénovation, Scaphandre films etc.
