Je propose des chambres dans un grand appartement à partager et situé 📍 en centre-ville à Clairmarais, juste à coté du Lycée Franklin Roosevelt:
• à 3 min à pied du supermarché Hyper U
• à 5 min à pied de la gare TGV Reims Centre et du tramway
• à 9 min à pied de la place d'Erlon

Le logement est ☀️ très lumineux avec deux chambres donnant directement sur un grand balcon exposé plein ouest et deux chambres donnant sur la cour intérieure.
Un grand salon avec cuisine américaine permet de profiter d'un grand espace de vie en commun.
👍👍 Deux salles d'eau sont utilisables sans délai d'attente le matin.

Ce logement a été totalement rénové avec soin. Il est entièrement équipé et meublé à neuf avec les équipements fournissant le meileur confort : lave-linge, réfrigérateur, plaque vitrocéramique, micro-ondes, four traditionnel, lave-vaisselle, vaisselle, TV, bureau, 👍👍 lit double et grands rangements.

La résidence est sécurisée et fermée dans un quartier calme. Un espace vélos est mis à disposition des résidents.
