Je loue une grande chambre à une étudiante ou à un étudiant dans ma maison de Ste Foy les lyon, 15/20mn en bus de la gare de Lyon Perrache, dans un quartier résidentiel et calme, proche de parc et commerces.

Salle de bain et cuisine équipée spacieuse communes pour les locataires (3 autres chambres sont louées à d’autres étudiant(e)s). Wifi de très bonne qualité.

I rent a large room to a student in my house, located 15/20 mn from downtown Lyon by bus. The house is in a very safe and quiet area.

High speed Wifi.

The bathroom and kitchen are shared with three other students who rent other rooms in the house. The landloard has his own kitchen and bathroom.
