* Dans une petite maison à Montreuil, proche du métro 11 (station Montreuil Hôpital).
Quartier tranquille, familial, pas de bars. Rue semi-privée. Supermarchés pas loin.
* Chambre de 11m² ensoleillée, avec une grande fenêtre sur rue sans circulation. Parquet, table, chaises, étagères, lit 2 places, commode.
Accès au salon, à la cuisine, à la salle de bain avec baignoire, au jardin.
Stationnement gratuit devant.
* Dans la maison, nous sommes 1 maman, 2 chats et 2 enfants de 6 et 7 ans, la moitié de la semaine. Nous avons 2 autres chambres pour nous. Mais il faut être capable de vivre tous en harmonie. Et partager les tâches ménagères... (ce n'est pas un hôtel...!)
* Confort : wifi, baignoire, machine à laver, sèche-cheveux, congélateur, machine à café, appareil à raclette, à fondue, gaufrier, etc.
* charges incluses.
Chèque de caution de 500 euros encaissé + copie de la pièce d'identité.

Je cherche uniquement des colocataires FEMMES/FILLES.
Si possible HISPANOPHONES (LATINO-AMÉRICAINE OU ESPAGNOLE). Je suis moi même d'origine uruguayenne et préférerais parler espagnol à la maison.
Attention : je vis avec 2 ENFANTS la moitié de la semaine. Il fait quelqu'un de confiance, et supportant les enfants.
