Une buanderie aménagée (lave linge, sèche linge).

Chaque chambre est équipée d'un lit double, bureau et chaise de bureau, RJ 45, miroir, table de chevet, lampe de chevet, placard aménagé avec penderie et cintres, d'un porte serviette individuel.
L'ensemble de la prestation comprend (loyer, EDF, eau, chauffage, fibre, internet, TV Box). Les charges comprennent une provision sur les charges annuelles régularisables en fin d'année et/ou au départ de chaque locataire, en fonction de la consommation.
Le dépôt de garantie est de 1,5 mois HC.
Premier mois de loyer payable à la remise des clefs (proportionnel à la date d'entrée).
