L’appartement est refait à neuf et entièrement meublé.
La chambre ferme avec porte et serrure de sécurité, comporte un lit 120x190 grand confort, bureau, fauteuil à roulettes, armoire de rangement.
La chambre dispose de sa salle d’eau et de ses toilettes privées, d'une climatisation réversible, véranda, téléviseur HD 120 cm, Wi-Fi.
L’entrée de l’appartement se fait par une porte blindée et serrure à clé non copiable, l’entrée de l’immeuble se fait par porte à ventouse, escalier en marbre, interphone et sonnette RING connectée.
Poubelles à tri sélectif au pied de l’immeuble. L’appartement est situé proche du centre historique et de toutes commodités : station de bus à 30 m, université, marché quotidien, supérettes, commerces, pharmacie, parking gratuit l’après-midi sur la Place Cassagnes.
Les parties communes comprennent : une grande entrée-séjour, la cuisine.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, congélateur, plaque électrique, hotte, four, micro-onde, petit électroménager, grille-pain, toute la vaisselle et les accessoires pour cuisiner, table à repasser, fer à repasser, séchoir à linge, aspirateur.
