Appartement entièrement équipé (avec entre autres lave-linge, micro-ondes, grille-pain, four, plaques, vaisselle, aspirateur) dans une résidence sécurisée avec gardien. L'appartement a été entièrement rafraîchi en 2020. Les colocataires actuellement présents ont de 20 à 32 ans, tous étudiants ou jeune travailleurs, très calmes, respectueux et sympathiques !

🛏Il y a en tout 4 chambres. Les chambres sont toutes équipées d'un lit 2 places (dont une avec King Size), d'un balcon privé et de nombreux rangements.
Sont actuellement disponibles :

-Une chambre avec salle de bain commune

L’appartement est situé à 5 minutes de la station Basilique Saint-Denis, du RER et des lignes de tram 1, 5 et 8.
