Menage 2 fois par mois inclus.

Je loue un appartement en colocation pour 3 personnes (jeune actif ou étudiants).

Cet appartement est situé dans une résidence sécurisée, calme à 2 minutes à 5 minutes de l'Ecole Supérieur du design (secteur du 1er mai), et à 5 minutes en voiture du centre-ville.

L'appartement se compose de :
- 3 chambres : avec un lit double, un bureau, une large armoire, des espaces de rangement.
; le loyer comprennent toutes les charges (électricité, assurance, chauffage et l'internet).
- un dressing
- 1 salle de bain entièrement équipée : baignoire, machine à laver, sèche cheveu espace de rangement ainsi que des toilettes séparées
- 1 cuisine Lapeyre entièrement équipée (absolument neuve) avec un bar, un lave-vaisselle, four, hotte, frigo encastré, micro-ondes, machine à café, bouilloire, assiettes, couverts, poêle, etc.
- 1 salon : canapé convertible, table basse, etc.
