Une nouvelle colocation arrive à Mont Saint Aignan, dans un appartement de 125 m² au parc de Lyons
A proximité de toutes les commodités (commerce, médecin, écoles, arrêt de bus , sport) et en bonus la vue sur la piscine de MSA si tu veux faire un plongeon depuis le balcon , l'appartement est composé de 3 chambres . Cette configuration a trois espaces en un : l'espace de convivialité avec les pièces communes et de l'autre deux appartements fermés qui desservent : le premier avec une salle de bain, un toilette pour toi tout seul et les deux autres chambres auront une salle de bain et un toilette à partager .
La cuisine est entièrement équipée (four, lave-vaisselle , gd frigo etc)
L'espace de vie commune fait 50 m², un espace parfait pour une soirée Netflix, une féroce partie de jeux de société et encore juste se poser autour d'une bonne bière
Il existe un espace buanderie avec lave-linge, sèche ligne et table à repasser.
et pour couronner le tout, un balcon pour prendre le soleil pour tous les beaux jours Normands . il y a aussi une place de parking (et des places pour se garer gratuitement dans la rue) et d'un garage à vélos pour les plus sportifs
Tu l'as bien compris que la coloc n'attend plus que du toi et tes valises que tu n'auras qu'à poser car tous les contrats sont gérés !
