Bonjour,

Je mets en location 1 chambre meublée en location dans mon appartement à 10 min à pied de la gare RER A du Vésinet-Centre.

Je suis en mission de longue durée à l’étranger, donc vous serez seul dans l' appartement selon la durée de la location.

DESCRIPTION de l’appartement et de son environnement :
- Situé au 4ième et dernier étage sans ascenseur
- Le quartier est très calme, résidentiel, proche du parc princesse, proche des bords de seine. Le Vésinet a plus de 5 ha de lacs et de nombreuses pelouses propices aux balades, à la promenade, à la pratique du sport…
- Appartement situé au 4ième et dernier étage sans ascenseur.
- L’appartement est composé d'une cuisine équipée, SdB, WC, séjour et de 2 chambres ( dont 1 la mienne qui est fermée).
- Un grand séjour équipé comme une salle de sport. A votre disposition : 1 Vélo électrique RPM, matériels de Fitness, yoga, relaxation, renforcement musculaire et bien sûr d’une télé pour pratiquer son sport.
- Je mets à disposition également 2 vélos pour vos usages quotidiens

- Chambres meublées : lit 2 places 140x190 penderie, étagère, bureau, couette, draps, oreillers…

- Visite sur rendez-vous
- Dépôt de garantie est demandé
CONDITIONS :
• Location pour une personne seule - Homme ou Femme. Si couple, le loyer est différent.
• PAS DE BOX INTERNET dans l'appartement. Si vous souhaitez souscrire à un abonnement, c’est possible mais c’est vous qui gérez !
• Personne PROPRE, responsable et respectueuse des personnes, des biens et de leur environnement
• Personne calme et respectueuse des règles de vie commune : La CHARTE de bien COHABITATION en place et le règlement intérieur de la copropriété sont à respecter😊 !
• Le MAINTIEN DE L'ETAT DE PROPRETE est un aspect très important. Le ménage de l'intégralité de l’appartement doit être effectué toutes les semaines comme décrit dans la charte.
• ELIGIBLE APL- Caution demandée- Garantie VISALE acceptée
• NON FUMEUR/non vapoteur_ PAS d’ANIMAUX
