Mon colocataire s'en va fin septembre et j'aurais à coeur de renouveler cette expérience réussie jusqu'alors pour une durée flexible !


Je propose en réalité non pas 1 chambre MAIS un STUDIO TOUT NEUF très convivial avec :

Cette pièce serait votre ESPACE DE VIE agrémenté d'une entrée et
d'1 salle de bains COMMUNE avec WC.

Ce studio, j'y aurais accès avec vous occasionnellement car, je me suis appropriée la chambre comme pièce où dormir avec un stockage de MES affaires personnelles. Je prends mes repas dans cette pièce et j'y travaille. Donc, de quoi vous laisser tranquille pour étudier, recevoir.

Situé au 1ER ETAGE sans ascenseur (mais très facile à monter),
C'EST 1 APPARTEMENT TRAVERSANT (RUE et JARDIN COLLECTIF A LA COPROPRIETE). Ce COIN DE VERDURE EN PLEIN PARIS, EST A VOTRE DISPOSITION, AUSSI POUR Y DEPOSER VOTRE VELO.
J'ai 1 transat pour vous. TRES AGREABLE SI VOUS VOULEZ VOUS RESSOURCER, LIRE, ECRIRE, REVISER......

Très bien placé ce qui donne un intérêt particulier tel un petit village parisien.

L'appartement est cozy, refait neuf, très aéré, ensoleillé, avec des rangements.
Extrêmement BIEN SITUE !!! proche de Montparnasse. Vous l'adorerez.

Personne simple, calme, très respectueuse, empathique, éduquée et dans le PARTAGE, principe même de la colocation.
