Room for rent in a beautiful house
next to the HEC campus

We have a furnished, very comfortable 2nd floor room in a private house with a gorgeous garden.
The house is located in the town of Saclay-Val d'Albian, directly facing the HEC campus.
The room is fully furnished with a twin-size bed, a wide desk with lamp, and leather chair. Bed sheets, comforter and pillows are provided.
The bathroom which has a large shower is located on the same floor. It will be shared with the two other students. There are two toilets/WC on that floor for the students.
The large kitchen is to be shared with the family without any problem.
A washing machine is available.
High speed internet is provided.
The house is close to shops and supermarkets and is a non-smoking accommodation.

en face du campus HEC

Nous louons une chambre meublée tout confort au 1er étage d'une maison particulière avec jardin.
Nous sommes situés dans le village de Saclay-Val d’Albian, juste en face du campus de HEC.
La chambre est meublée avec un lit double, un bureau, un fauteuil etc. Nous fournissons une couette, une housse de couette et des oreillers.
La salle de bain à l’étage est à partager avec deux autres étudiants. Il y a également 2 toilettes/WC à l'étage pour les étudiants.
La cuisine est à partager avec la famille sans problème.
Mise à disposition d’une lingerie avec machine à laver….
Internet haut débit, commerces à proximité, logement non-fumeur.
