Bel appartement de 92m² refait à neuf en février 2021 au premier étage sans ascenseur.

Cette colocation est composée de 5 chambres, d'un séjour de près de 20m², avec cuisine ouverte avec ilot central totalement équipée et d'une buanderie (lave-linge/sèche-linge/kit ménage).

Chaque chambre dispose d’une salle d’eau privative, d'une TV, d'un lit double (140cmx190cm), d'un bureau et de rangements.
La chambre 1 a un accès un balcon de 2,62m², la chambre 3 dispose d'une salle d'eau privative déportée.

La place Wilson à quelques mètres accueille un marché le mercredi, vendredi et dimanche matin. Le parc de la tête d'or est à 10min à pied.
De nombreux transports aux alentours : métro A et B, Tram T1 et T4, bus C2 C16 C17 et C26 ainsi que les bus 27,37,69 et 70.

Par chambre :
- Loyer global => 610€ TCC par mois pour les chambres 1,2 et 3; et 590€ TCC par mois pour les chambre 4 et 5.
