À 5 min de marche, via la rue Tournai notamment et en direction de la gare Lille Flandres, vous avez absolument tous les commerces du centre ville :boulangeries, supermarchés, restaurants, Macdonald et japonais, épiceries fines, parfumerie, banques, etc.

Pour la culture, l'appartement donne sur le Zenith, et le Grand palais, qui propose régulièrement toutes sortes d'expositions, est à quelques encablures.

De plus, vous êtes à moins de 10 minutes à pieds de la Skema Business School et du centre Euralille, le plus grand centre commercial de la région, moderne et qui propose un nombre très important d'enseignes de mode et de restaurants sur ses 4 étages.

La grande place de la gare, elle non plus, n'est pas en reste, c'est une zone très touristique et qui dispose de nombreuses brasseries typiques de Lille et des bars animés. Elle aussi est à moins de 10 minutes de l'appartement.

Vous pouvez tout faire à pieds très facilement, ou emprunter le métro (station Mairie de Lille à 300m), le train (gares de Lille Flandres et gare de l'Europe à moins de 10 min) ou les V'Lille (borne à quelques mètres). Si vous possédez des vélos, une cave assez grande est proposée avec l'appartement.
