Dans une grande maison de maitre transformée en résidence étudiante, plusieurs chambres disponibles.

Proche métro (entre Charles de gaulle et grand place) et tramway (Alfred mongy)
Proche ESAAT, ENSAIT, IMMD, LEA, IUT TC, INFOCOM, ENPJJ, EDHEC.

Chambres totalement meublées (lit banquette convertible en 2 places, bureau, chaise de bureau, caisson de bureau, fauteuil, table basse, réfrigérateur, armoire de rangement, coin lavabo).

Les chambres sont spacieuse, très lumineuses et ont beaucoup de cachets.

Toutes les charges sont comprises (eau, gaz, EDF, chauffage, wifi, nettoyage des communs, gardiens)

Cuisine équipée commune (table, banc, plaque de cuisson, four, four micro onde, ustensiles de cuisine)

Sanitaire commun (pour 2/3 chambres) avec machine à laver et avec WC séparés.

Parking vélo, et cour intérieure

Frais de dossier à prévoir,(état des lieux, rédaction du contrat), ainsi qu'un dépôt de garantie (un mois de loyer).
