Une chambre dans une colocation de 3 chambres au quartier Orléans Centre Gare situé au 3 Rue Philippe le Bel. L'appartement est à 5 minutes à pied de la Gare SNCF, de la ligne A du Tramway et du centre commercial Place d'Arc. Le lycée Pothier est en face de l'immeuble. C'est un très bel appartement lumineux de 68 m² avec 3 chambres qui est situé dans une résidence sécurisée, très calme et bien entretenue.
