L'appartement est très bien agencé, il dispose d'une entrée avec rangements, qui dessert une chambre, le salon et la cuisine séparée. Un petit couloir dessert la salle de bain avec WC et fenêtre. Chaque pièce dispose d'une fenêtre, l'immeuble faisant l'angle l'appartement est très lumineux.

À partir du 1er juin, des travaux de réfection du toit de l'immeuble auront lieu et dureront seulement 3 mois. Bien que ces travaux ne devraient pas causer de nuisances sonores significatives, ils auront tout de même lieu et des échafaudages seront installés devant toutes les fenêtres de l'appartement. Les échafaudages ne seront pas bâchés et il n'y aura pas de plancher à tous les niveaux, donc la luminosité sera toujours très présente. De plus, il y aura très peu de passages d'ouvriers. C'est pour cette raison que le prix de l'appartement est baissé.

L'appartement est idéalement situé à seulement 7 minutes à pied du boulevard Jean-Jaurès, l'artère commerçante principale, et à 10 minutes du charmant centre commercial Les Passages, qui offre un cinéma et plusieurs restaurants. De plus, une excellente boulangerie se trouve à 2 minutes à pied, parfaite pour vos envies de pain frais et de pâtisseries.

À distance de marche de Roland-Garros et du Parc des Princes. L'appartement se situe à équidistance entre la station Marcel Sembat de la ligne 9 du métro et la station Boulogne Jean-Jaurès de la ligne 10 du métro.
