Location Location... Everything is new. This Bright comfortable apt can accommodate four people (One double bed and sofa bed both 140 X 190). A nice balcony to enjoy on sunny spring and summer time. Cable TV and internet is available. On hot summer there is the Air Conditioner to keep you cool inside the apt. 500 meters away from sea. Close distance to supermarket, walking distance to Tramway for 1 euro to city center or airport/EDHEC. A free private parking is available if needed.
Rental include electricity 30Euros, Hot and cold water 25Euros, Apt fee (Frais de syndic 140Euros), Cable and Fibre internet fee 45 Euros, garage 80Euros.
The place is ideal for EDHEC Student. We have accommodated EDHEC people each year for the past six years and all of them have been more than happy in the apartment as for comfort as well as accessibility to the school. IF LESS THAN SIX MONTHS A PREMIUM OF 15% WILL BE ADDED TO THE RENT. Please enquire for rent in July and August
