Close distance to supermarket, walking distance to Tramway for 1 euro to city center or airport/EDHEC. A free private parking is available if needed. Rental include electricity 30Euros, Hot and cold water 25Euros, Apt fee (Frais de syndic 140Euros), Cable and Fibre internet fee 45 Euros, garage 80Euros. The place is ideal for EDHEC Student. We have accommodated EDHEC people each year for the past six years and all of them have been more than happy in the apartment as for comfort as well as accessibility to the school. IF LESS THAN SIX MONTHS A PREMIUM OF 15% WILL BE ADDED TO THE RENT. Please enquire for rent in July and August

Living in Nice for now over twenty years. Enjoy the area. Nice is very pleasant place to live. I have been renting my place since Sept 2017 to Student all enrolled in EDHEC Nice and it has been a very pleasant experience with these young people that have come and stay for a year in our apt.
