2 chambres libres de suite au boulevard colonel Robert Rossi, 13004 Marseille.

L'APPARTEMENT
Situé au 2ème étage sur 7.
Immeuble de 7 étages sans vis à vis et avec vue dégagée sur Marseille: Blancarde, le parc Longchamp, Chartreux et Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde.
Par contre, on est pas assez en étage élevé pour voir la mer... Dommage. L'appartement est exposé plein sud. Il est très lumineux et il y fait bon toute la journée car la vue est totalement dégagée:
* Salle à manger et salon, sdb et wc indépendant, 3 chambres
* Chambres: lit 2 places 140x200, matelas, sommier-coffre (rangement sous le lit), 2 oreillers, 1 couette, protège-matelas, rangements, étagères, bureau rabattable, chaises, grand dressing intégré.
