L'appartement se compose de 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain, WC indépendante et un séjour/salon avec cuisine ouverte donnant sur un balcon.
Chaque chambre dispose d’un bureau, d'un placard pour le rangement de vos affaires personnelles.
Pour chaque locataire, Nous mettons à disposition internet, netflix, spotify et un menage par mois afin de vous faciliter la vie.
Un arrêt de tram se trouve à proximité immédiate, facilitant ainsi les déplacements dans la ville et au pôle universitaire. Des places de parking sont disponibles au pied de l'immeuble.
