Soyez les bienvenus dans notre colocation all inclusive (4 colocs au total) à Rouen Rive Droite - 11A Rue Charles Besselievre, Rouen, Normandie, France , récemment rénovée en 2021. Vous n'avez plus qu'à apporter vos valises et vous installer dans votre chambre équipée d'une douche et d'un lavabo individuels. Vous partagez la cuisine équipée et le salon avec vos colocataires ainsi que le petit jardin dans lequel vous pourrez vous prélasser et profiter des nombreux rayons de soleil de notre belle région ;-) Aucun abonnement à prendre. La maison fait 90m² et est entièrement meublée et rénovée avec goût et propose tout le confort qu'on peut attendre :
- 4 chambres tout confort avec douche et lavabo individuels (entre 10 et 15m²)
- Salon meublé avec une grande TV 55' - Connexion internet Fibre Optique
- Cuisine équipée : four, plaques, hotte, lave vaisselle, frigo, congélateur, micro onde, Senseo,..
- Toilettes séparées
- Lave Linge & Sèche Linge
- Double vitrage
- Chauffage inclus dans les charges

Le loyer inclut (provisions charges) : - Chauffage, eau froide, eau chaude - Internet - Électricité - Assurance habitation.
