DETAILS :
Emplacement : Vous êtes au cœur du quartier Saint Roch, et donc à 20 minutes à pieds de la citadelle, ESIEE, faculté d’art, UFR de science, IPJV, ESC, et 7 mn en vélo du quartier Saint Leu (bars, restaurants).
Le centre-ville n’est qu’à 10 mn à pied et 3 mn en vélo. Plusieurs commerces sont accessibles à moins de 2 mn à pied (carrefour city, pharmacie, pizzeria, boulangerie, banque, coiffeur, etc.). Arrêt de bus 7 , 16 et T42 à 2 mn à pieds.
