Description of the accommodation

<piso exterior con DOS dormitorios con mucha luz muy confortable, calefacción y agua caliente central, aire acondicionado en el salón, armarios empotrados y un altillo muy grande en doble techo del pasillo, suelo madera natural, 2 habitaciones, salón, cocina con vitrocerámica, microonda/grill y nevera dos puertas con congelador independiente y cuarto de baño, lavadora automática, TV en salón, la casa tiene portero, amplio portal y dos ascensores

El piso dispone de un seguro de hogar que cubre daños a terceros y responsabilidad civil incluido en el precio del alquiler.

Está muy bien comunicado metro Cruz del Rayo y Avenida de América y autobuses urbanos e intercambiador interurbano con lineo directa al aeropuerto.

El piso está a dos minutos andando de EAE Príncipe de Vergara y a 5 minutos andando de EAE Joaquín Costa, abajo hay un Carrefour Marquet 24 horas / 365 días año, gimnasios enfrente, centro de salud, comercios y mercado.

En el precio está incluido los gastos de luz hasta 60 euros/mes y agua caliente y fría hasta 40 euros/mes, calefacción central, gastos de comunidad e internet de 600 MB con WIFI. El salón está en medio de la casa por lo que en caso de compartirlo tienen los cuartos total independencia. Una fianza a devolver en la finalización de contrato. Precio TODO INCLUIDO 1.800 euros.
