Je vous propose deux chambres dans une colocation de standing située dans un appartement avec deux balcons, lumineux, entièrement rénové, meublé et décoré avec goût, tout confort, situé au 7 ème étage avec ascenseur, vue panoramique sur toute la ville, proche de toutes commodités, commerces et transports en commun.

Toutes les deux sont équipées d’un lit double 140 par 190 accompagné de toute la literie, un bureau avec une chaise, un dressing aménagé avec barres de penderie et tiroirs, une TV HD de 80 cm reliée à la TNT, plus un abonnement Netflix offert.

Chaque porte de chambre est munie d’un verrou à clés.

Une belle cuisine moderne entièrement aménagée et équipée, ouverte sur un salon cosy, équipée d’un très grand réfrigérateur, congélateur, four, micro-onde, plaque induction, hotte, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, machine à café Nespresso, bouilloire, grille-pain.
Tous les ustensiles nécessaires dont vous pourrez avoir besoin (assiettes, couverts, verres, etc.)

Deux salles de bain modernes avec douche et lavabo dont une est privative.

L’accès à l’immeuble est sécurisé par badge et interphone.

L’appartement est idéalement situé à 1 min à pied du Tram, des lignes de bus et de tous les commerces.

Cette colocation est non-fumeur et les animaux n’y sont pas acceptés.

Vous disposerez de tous les services nécessaires : internet (fibre optique), eau chaude/froide, électricité, chauffage, prestation de ménage pour les parties communes.
